You can return most items within 30 days

Just let me know within 30 days of receiving your package that you want to send it back with the reason.

What can be returned

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you got it

• Still in its original packaging (tags on, no smells, no pet hair, etc.)
  

What cannot be returned

• Custom-made or personalized items (names, special colors, etc.)

• Digital downloads

• Items that were opened and are hygiene-related (e.g., earrings)
  

How to return

1. Send me an email at meilistudios@hotmail.com and say “I’d like to return [order number]”

2. Pack it safely and ship it back to:

You pay for the return shipping, so I recommend using tracking!

When will you get your money back?

As soon as I receive and check the item (usually within a few days), I’ll refund you the full amount to the same card/PayPal you used. No fees, no questions ♡ This normally happens within 30 days max, but almost always much faster.

Gifts

If it was bought as a gift, I’ll send a gift credit to whoever placed the order.
