Who we are

Mei Li Studios (that’s just me, the owner!) runs this website. I’m the one responsible for your data.

What we collect

When you just browse → Your IP address, browser type, time zone, and which pages you visit. → A few tiny cookies so the site works nicely.
When you contact me or buy something → Your name, email, shipping address, and whatever you write in the contact/buy form. → Payment info goes straight to Stripe or PayPal – I never see or store your card details.

That’s it. We keep it minimal.

What we do with it

Answer your emails
Send your orders and updates
Make the website better
Send occasional studio news or new art, shop restocks, etc. (you can unsubscribe anytime with one click)

We never sell your info. Never ever.

Cookies

We only use a few small cookies so the shop cart and language settings work. We use Plausible Analytics (super privacy-friendly, no personal tracking, no cookies across other sites). You can turn cookies off in your browser anytime.

Your rights (especially if you’re in Europe)

You can always email me and say:

“Show me what you have about me”
“Fix something”
“Delete everything”
“Stop emailing me”

Where your info is stored

Securely in the EU or US (encrypted servers). If you’re in Europe, some data (like emails) may travel to the US, but everything stays protected.

If you click a link that takes you somewhere else, their privacy rules apply – not mine.

I do everything I can to keep your info safe, but nothing online is 100 % guaranteed.
